I had an amazing experience with the confidence property , the team is very helpful and spontaneous especially Naomi and Terry. The things are very upfront and honest as shown in the pictures. If you cooperate the moving process regarding documents and everything can be finished within a week.

A smooth process by Confidence Property in getting and moving into the property. Naomi was very helpful and patient in answering any inquiries I have. Terry, who helped me with the remote moving, was equally great as well despite my schedule of not being able to move in immediate. Would recommend!

I'm really happy with how smoothly everything went during my move-in. The place was super clean, which I appreciated a lot. Terry was incredibly helpful in getting me settled, and Naomi's friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. I'd definitely recommend this agency to others.

I have not had the best experience with this agency. All reviews are collected on the day you move into any of the property hence it does not gives a true reflection of your experience using this letting agent. I am indeed glad I have moved away from the property. Terry who works with the agency is a nice man, and supported the best way he could. However the letting agency its self is not the best. So good luck.
