Porthcawl Coastguard
Following a fall on rocks at Rest Bay on 14 August 2021, in which my right leg was injured, several members of HM Coastguard Porthcawl attended and were both reassuring and highly professional in safely transferring me to an all-terrain vehicle for transportation to a paramedic car for full assessment. Without the assistance of this team, my leg injury would undoubtedly have been exacerbated and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness.
