Domino's Pizza - New Milton

The short Asian guy refused to take NHS discount and barked at us to pick from the menu. A couple came in after and he refused to take cash. They clearly didn’t have enough in the bank and their card was refused. They ended up going to Papa Johns 2 doors down who will take cash. The guy at the til is a jobsworth who clearly is angry at the world and everyone in it. Money is money and we will never come back here again due to the service. I’d rather give our money to Papa Johns who have always been polite and accommodating.

The pizza was delicious, with perfectly melted cheese and a flavorful crust. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff behavior. “Karan” took my order & interaction with was polite and professional. It's refreshing to see such a high level of customer service. Domino's has definitely earned a loyal customer in me!"

First time I was order now half hour ego.i was so excited to eat pizza.but it was horrible and not up to the standard . All the topping was on one sided. That man dnt have experience how to make pizza. Few days back I ordered from Christchurch that pizza tasted much much better what I had today.

Well where to start10 th Nov ordered a half and half collection. One half create your own with burger sauce other half a festive one minus the bacon and sausageOrder picked up and taken wished I’d checked it instore before leaving it was wrong! The side with the festive one had mushrooms on which are NOT on the pizza and no turkey and sage stuffing mix! The side that was supposed to have burger sauce on had cranberry sauce on , so called store (within 10 mins ) of leaving they offered to remake and I said I couldn’t go back as I was due I to work so they said free pizza next time. The store are now denning that and even called me. Liar to that I hadn’t ordered let alone got the wrong pizza. Not rocket science to checkAll in all rude staff no customer service skills and when it comes down to making the pizzas as per orders we’ll think that your be lucky if you have a pizza let alone a pizza you actually orderedAm in talks to area manager will take it further if needed but the company seems to be full of people of a certain ethnic origin who appear to have a problem with others

These guys are amazing! Absolute legends, and saved two hungry lads very late in the day. Not all heroes wear capes….,they work for Dominos New Milton!

I came to the new milton branch for a takeaway on Saturday evening. I stood at the till for at least 5 minutes and not one member of staff acknowledged me. Two separate members of the team came over to the till answered the phone then walked away. In the end I had to say excuse me I am waiting to order. I was told can you order via the app. I wanted to use cash but so say they only accept card payments which is fair enough but if they delivered I'm sure I can give the driver cash. Due to there attitude and lack of interaction I went to Papa John's down the road.They greeted me straight away and accepted cash as payment.

Ordered on the app for collection. Once someone acknowledged us we got our pizza. Once we got home, we realised we had the wrong pizza, I phoned up straight away to be toldthat's what I ordered and there was nothing they could do. The pizza was stone cold and not what we ordered but the gentleman refused to help me. The worst experience from a takeaway company and will not be returning. I understand these things happen but the gentleman was so rude about it. Very bad customer service.

We have been using the lymington branch for years so was sceptical about using this branch which in fact is closer to where we live. We needn't worry. Order to collect via the App. It was ready to collect quite quickly. On arrival the store looks great and the guy working there was friendy. Both Pizzas ordered were hot fresh and a good amount of toppings, i would say the quality was the same or possibly better than the lymington branch. Also Dominos plant based pepperoni is amazing. Papajohns are nowhere near as nice as dominos. We will use this place again in the future.

No complaints regarding customer service and delivery but disappointing that the pizza always arrives luke-warm/cold.
