The Management and Staff members at Cranley Lodge Care Home are truly professional, dedicated, diligent and hard working. All residents are treated with respect and kindness. As a relative of a previous resident I was always kept appraised of any issues regarding my Aunt. I personally cannot thank the staff enough and have no hesitation in recommending Cranley Lodge as an excellent Care Home provider.

Cranley Lodge was home to my relative for a number of years and they were exceptionally well cared for. The staff are kind and compassionate and the management are actively involved in the day to day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided.

Cranley is a great care home to work for. The staff provide excellent care and create a homely, friendly environment. Working in Cranley feels like a second family and caring for all the happy residents is a joy.

It takes a special kind of person to work in an environment as challenging as this. I certainly know I couldn’t do it. Turns out Cranley Lodge don’t have a special kind of person, they have a whole team of them. The love, care and dedication to my grandmother was simply outstanding and we couldn’t have asked for more. The words thank you just don’t seem enough but from Granny B’s eldest grandchild as well as the rest of the family, a massive thank you for taking such good care of this remarkable lady.

Our dear Dad moved into Cranley Lodge in September 2019, it was a difficult, guilt ridden and emotional decision for all of his children to make, we didn’t really know what would be best. But after a trying experience of keeping him at home with family and a care package, Cranley was such a blessing for him and us.The welcome and settling in went so smoothly, and, despite his dementia, Dad took to it like the proverbial duck to water.The management and staff are so nice, there appears to be very little turnover. They did an outstanding job both looking after Dad and all his needs, his quality of life improved significantly, and keeping Cranley COVID free to this day.My Dad had a real home there which was suited to his needs, he was loved and cared for and he was safe, which gave us complete peace of mind, with no regrets in choosing Cranley Lodge as his final residenceIf you are looking for a care home in the North Down area for someone with dementia, then I recommend Cranley without any hesitation

What an amazing care home! I have visited many care homes in my work and as a church visitor but never have I met with such a caring staff. My father in law was treated with dignity and respect and the love shown to him was like that of a family. I and my family are indebted to all the staff for the care and attention he received while in Cranley Lodge.

The care and attention provided at Cranley Lodge was second to none. The staff were like an extended family, dedicated to their jobs and the nursing home residents.They provided a caring home and qent above and beyond to ensure our relative was looked after and that our minds were at rest. Cannot recommend Cranley Lodge highly enough!!
