I had just moved to the area and my computer had stopped working, on a recommendation I got in touch with Ledbury IT Support for urgent help. Sure enough they got someone out to me within an hour to have a look. I thought I had lost everything, all my documents, photo's, emails - devastating.They took my computer away and called me the following day to explain that they could recover all my files but the computer had failed. So I got them to sort out a replacement and do what every was necessary to get me going again.So they returned with a new computer, all my files recovered and set everything up for me again. I needed help with my laptop after a Windows 10 update - I could find anything and my machine wasn't running slowly. So I called Ledbury IT Support and explained the situation, I am stuck at home and this is my only contact with the outside world for everything during lock down.They had an engineer with me the same day to collect the computer, it was back the following day all sorted and serviced to boot as well.
