Air Fibre

Great result. So many people have recommended Airfibre to me so when my neighbours got it installed I gave them a call. James who was at the neighbour's house came straight over and did the survey. They applied for the grant for me and as of today I now have 30mbps.....I'm used to 2mbps so this is a godsend just in time for another lockdown. Neil, the MD went out of his way to get me set up and the install team, James and his colleague, arrived today as promised and they took the time to help me work out where the best place was to set up the hub so as we got the best coverage throughout the house. We are buying the 30meg package and delighted to say that that is exactly what I am getting. Can't wait to cancel my BT contract. If you need better internet speeds then I recommend Airfibre - and they're local so you know they care.

I must agree with all the one star reviews. Communication is a shocker. There is never a response to any online enquiries, and that’s the only way to contact.The service is our only real choice, but every time there is the lightest hint of a storm, their equipment is damaged and as someone mentioned, the response is always the same. The long term quality of the signal is atrocious.The speed isn’t bad, but it just doesn’t work well. Constant issues for nearly 3 years.I’m out just as soon as we can find any other provider.

I had posted a negative review because of a phonecall I didn't feel was very fair but the person in question got back in touch and apologised so I have deleted it and upped the stars. I will update again when I know more about the service but I really appreciated the call back.

Best thing we ever did making the decision to finally give up on BT. Our broadband now works, is reliable and most of all is FAST! Thank you so Much Airfibre. I have been a customer now for over 6 months and can say without doubt they treated us like no other company ever has. Highest recommendations to the entire team. ( I have read some other reviews which clearly are fake). Our experience with this company is simply top notch xx

what a mess of a company. Amateurs at best. Promise the world but when something goes wrong your on your own. With them a year and left as soon as BT fibre became available.

I would not recommend to anyone, and have actively told new neighbours to avoid.Atrocious service, have sent dozens of emails and calls about internet dropping out and frequent slow speeds and very rarely get a response. Had a response once several months ago to say that it was my internet speed tests that weren’t reliable!Paying for 40mbps download and frequently getting <3 - currently 0.64mbps so have once again had to turn off wifi and use 4G.The only consistent thing about this service is their monthly bill.Please avoid if you can.

Having been with Airfibre for a number of years I have experienced some of the problems listed by other users. Primarily drop outs in service,often at the week end and difficulty getting problems sorted out.Recently however I have noticed much better customer service and far fewer problems. I have got excellent advice from a guy called Neil on a number of occasions and now our broadband seems fantastic. We used to survive on 0.5 mb speed from our telephone wire and I don't know how we did it.Now we are heavy broadband users, it costs a bit more but we are happy Airfibre customers.

Excellent and prompt customer service with same day support. Honestly the best interaction I have ever had with an ISP (Internet Service Provider). If you thinking of switching to a new ISP make Aire Fibre your first port of call.

Have used since formed - I live in a Rural area where BT was not an option - consistent speeds & no problems getting technical assistance if needed.
