Amazing!!!!Absolutely love this place with the kids......Clean, no odours, clean unisex toilets, only a certain amount of people admitted at each 2.5 hour session, cleaned as soon as people leave after each session.... booking is a must.Lovely outdoor kids area too, and indoor cafe.

Great soft play area for a party. Attentive staff. Large play section. Playground is good for youngish kids, not great once they get to around 6 as it's all a bit easy. Needs 1 or 2 extra playground items for older kids.

Had a great recent visit here with an older child. They enjoyed all the indoor facilities and the new outdoor ones too. The water pump seemed a particular favourite. Be warned, it is noisy (not just kid noisy, there's a lot of other noise). If you're visiting with older kids I'd highly recommend a set of noise cancelling headphones to help keep your sanity!

Kids really enjoyed it. The soft play area is big and has lots to do for 2 year olds. Posting letters seemed the favourite. The soft play area was clean and a bonus of the outdoor play park was good. Only downside I could see is they only clean up the eating area at the end of the session.

Grandsons 7th birthday is a great place to let off steam. It's great for parents to sit and chat with a coffee, knowing that it is child friendly.. with an outside play area also super safe... loved it

There is no option to add extra people onto your booking, and they don’t answer the phone!My son wanted his friend to come today and so I tried to book him an extra ticket, only when I went to book it said “must be accompanied by an adult”. So I went into my booking with the intention to edit it but this was impossible??? I then tried to call THREE times - no answer. So as a result an extra adult had to be paid for. It’s the second visit where I’ve called during a period when they are supposedly available and no one has answered the phone.The play barn itself is good!

Less than enjoyable experience.Note. THERE'S NO AIR CON!When the play centre reaches above a certain temperature i.e like the oven it was today during the 30° Summer's Day - it should be made clear to customers prior to booking that they don't have Air Con and it is near impossible to play.The least they could do is reimburse customer booking fees on arrival / not charge full price admission for the pretty miserable experience! If they really felt it necessary to stay open they would still recoup expenses via their café.It just seems very greedy when it's quite obvious that no visitors (kids included) are really enjoying themselves in oppressive heat. Even the staff were walking around like sweating zombies!Wish we'd saved ourselves the drive and gone to our local, small, air conditioned soft play.Anyway, we know where not to visit on a sunny day!On a positive note. All seems clean, Café great with a good variety for the little ones. The soft play itself is fantastic... on a cool day.

Lovely softplay. The kids had a lot of fun. Overall, we had a great experience, and the 4 stars are to reflect the cleanliness of the place and sitting availability.

First time here and it was fantastic. Great soft play area, lots to do and fantastic outside play area. The cafe was lovely, lots of choice and there's plenty of baby changing pods. Will definitely be returning.
