My engagement ring was ordered from here which is a beautiful and they also repaired it with no hesitation when one of the diamonds came loose and making sure it was delivered to the house using the most secure delivery method as possible.

Visited yesterday to purchase engagement ring with my partner. Wonderful service and very knowledgeable, we will be back for the wedding rings. Thanks again.

We had spent from 10.30 in the morning and looked in virtually every shop trying on and being disappointed, an old chap in another shop recommended that we go down to Wards, they are rebnound for coloured gems, so off we went.I knew I was looking for a yellow diamond/sapphire. We were virtually the last people in the shop or maybe it was that we felt we were the only people in the shop. The young guy got every yellow stone out that he had until the last one and I knew it was perfect for me.My fiance was so relieved.We found 2 diamonds to go on either side and we agreed on shank metal white gold and the design with would hold the stones.Every day I look at my original hand made and absolutely beautiful ring and smile it's just so perfect. It's due for a check and a clean shortly so we will be back. Service was second to none I'd just about given up and so glad we found Wards Jewellers. Thank you for making my dream ring for me.

Brilliant service. Had trouble with old engagement ring from another provider and Wards have made me feel so confident in my new ring couldn't reccomend them enough will definatly be recomeneding them to everyone and be going back for our wedding rings. Thank you again for everything.

We visited Wards because we were looking to purchase an Opal and have it made into a necklace using my old engagement and wedding rings and they came highly recommended for custom pieces. I'm so glad we visited! We were able to choose from loads of loose stones and they took such care sketching designs and ideas with us. The communication was wonderful and the final piece is even bigger than could have imagined.

Excellent service! Took engagement ring in to get resized and cleaned- quick turn around, affordable cost, rung me once it was ready to collect. Really lovely staff made us feel relaxed. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I have been purchasing jewellery from Wards since 2013 when I made my first purchase (my wife's engagement ring) and have made many further purchases since (predominantly bespoke Jewellery). Wards have always taken the time to help us choose, offering advice and an exceptional customer service.

After a previous great experience today was not the same. A few months ago myself and my partner (female) had been looking to buy engagement rings in this store. We had taken photos of the rings we’d like outside and gone in to discuss with the lovely server with the intent to return to buy. Today we had been looking at the window comparing to the previous ring we had looked at when a blonde sales assistant started banging on the window, shouting what we could only make out to be “no photos, if you want photos you have to come, in otherwise go”. I understand if this is a policy however just banging and shouting at potential customers instead of just coming out and politely explaining is not appropriate. We felt so embarrassed and offended that we left straight away. This is NOT how you treat potential customers. We will not be returning to buy our rings which we had been so excited about and as I said, this so so disappointing after our first great experience.

Great advice given, and really friendly, knowledgeable staff. Went in for something specific and we were not disappointed. Great service would highly reccomend to friends and family.
