The best experience ive ever had of getting my phone fixed, i have now been here twice in my one month at newcastle uni! The customer service is excellent and the prices are unmatched. I thought that i would have to get a new phone as it looked completely broken, however it was fixed within minutes and it felt like i had a brand new phone (but for a lot cheaper price ). Couldnt reccomend this shop enough!!

Cracked MacBook Air screen, VJ ordered in the perfect colour and excellent repair, even cleaned the laptop and looks better than new!! Much more reasonable than Apple who quoted nearly twice the price! Brilliant customer service, will absolutely come back here!

Friendly helpful staff. We went late in the day around 8pm for an iPhone screen replacement. They did it in 20 mins whilst we waited, gave us a choice of different screen quality and prices then applied a screen protector free of charge. Will definitely return. If note they also provide a call out service so excellent if you have a last minute issue before going on holiday or a business trip etc. Totally recommend these guys. Professional and quick.

This is the best store for repairing electronic devices in Newcastle. I am a student and he repaired my iPhone XS Max. It was a fair price. He repaired my camera, my back cover and the display. You couldn’t see any difference after the reparations compared to a new iPhone. Sometimes it’s quite busy in the store but I can ensure you that the quality of the reparations is perfect. It’s the one with the rainbow apple logo

Excellent service from VJ! Fixed my laptop within 30 minutes. I was quoted a new keyboard cable for over £100 but VJ cleaned it, it now works and cost less than half of what I was quoted. Great service!
