I recently hired JG Pest Control to address a pest issue in my home, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The technician seemed unprepared, lacked knowledge about the pests, and the treatment provided was ineffective.The frustration with also extended beyond the inadequate pest control itself to their abysmal customer service. Attempting to reach them for follow-up questions or concerns felt like navigating a labyrinth of inefficiency.Phone calls often went unanswered, and when I did manage to get through, the representatives seemed uninformed and unhelpful. There was a distinct lack of empathy for the ongoing pest issues I was facing, making the overall experience even more disheartening.Emails requesting clarification on the treatment process and seeking additional guidance were met with delayed responses, if any. The lack of communication and responsiveness from the customer service team only added to the frustration of dealing with an already problematic situationOverall, I cannot recommend this company based on my disappointing experience. The pigeon guard in the form of a galvanised grid was applied around my Solar panels on the 28th August. JGPC used a Cherry picker to access my roof and apply the guard. Pigeons have not returned which is good news! Very friendly, reliable and professional service. Job Reference 467786

Contacted JG about 2 wasps nests. Response was very prompt and they came out very quickly to deal with it at a time that worked for me. Very friendly and professional service. Have used them several times and would recommend.

Really great experience with this company. I called them up in the morning, they visited that day and dealt with the problem extremely quickly confirming that they would revisit should any further issues arise. Really positive experience with this company. I was getting some old decking cleared and the poor landscaper discovered a few wasp nests in the process. A most efficient service, great online booking system coupled with telephone personal touch. We needed two wasps nest dealing with in tricky places. When one was still showing signs of activity there was no quibble about returning to sort it out with no extra charge.
