I had been looking for a Motorhome and as soon as I saw the one I wanted it was full steam ahead, Mike snd team went out of their way to get the Motorhome delivered to me as soon as possible, but the 5 stars come for the aftersale. My van had a small problem and they were responsive helpful snd gave me all the assistance I needed. If you are considering a van from this company I can say you are in the right hand's*****Update****Unfortunately my Motorhome developed a bigger fault than I imagined to the point I rejected it. Mike snd his team never shirked their responsibilities or duties and were available to me all the time, fortunately we found the problem and Mike worked with a transit specialist to solve the issue for me so the Motorhome I fell in love with is now the centre of our travels, quite a few since the review. Totally deserved 5 star review

Whether buying or selling a motorhome, SMC is a big recommend.Mike and his team are genuinely good people who know that good business is about treating the client properly.We’ve bought three Motorhomes from SMC over the years and sold them one today at a really competitive price.I’ve had virtually no issues with any of the Motorhomes from SMC, the biggest recommend comes from contacting them if there is a problem and they deal with it immediately, professionally and properly.Buying is easy, what happens afterwards is critical.Top people, top motorhomes - it makes it a genuine pleasure.

When we dropped by on the offchance to look at the motor homes there was no hard sell and the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The second hand motorhome we purchased was immaculate when we collected it - thank you team - and Nick was very through running through everything showing us how it all worked. Nothing was too much trouble. Their after sales service we cannot fault. They are quick to respond and so helpful. When we got home we noticed a small problem. It only took one phone call for Nick to arrange a visit to their workshop. The tecnician there was very helpful not only with the problem we had, but answering our queries as well.It was a very positive experience and we would thoroughly recommend them.

Back in June this year I had a problem with my Whale water heater in my Motorhome (Elddis 140 Majestic 2015) that I purchased from Southern Motorhome Centre two years ago. The Heater had a large crack which made it unusable. I have been very pleased with my purchase & SMC have been excellent to deal with from initial purchasing and with there servicing with Mot annually. On this occasion there Service Technician Andy Wilkes gave me excellent service, he removed the broken heater, made all pipework watertight, all done at very short notice in there workshop, sourced a new replacement as quickly as possible, and fitted promptly when received, with his technical abilities and his customer service skills I believe he is a credit to the good name of SMC and I am very pleased with the work done.Bill and Carol Tottle, August 20245 Star Service

I purchased my WildAx Aurora XL from new from Nick Whale Motorhomes in Evesham due to a sudden cancellation from another customer and so secured my purchase rather quickly. However, SMC in Bracknell is significantly closer to me than all the other dealerships. I have now used SMC twice to have warranty work carried out on my van and i have been very impressed by them.Selling a £70,000 camper is the easy bit, performing warranty work/maintenance is the Litmus Test of any dealer committed to delivering a quality service and SMC have done just that.I have had the pleasure of speaking to a chap by phone several times whom i only know as Callum. This young man did everything he said he would do during my conversations with him - and delivered.And then there is Andy Wilkes, one of the technicians there. On both trips to SMC, he has carried out the work on my van and has returned my van to me as clean as he had received it. He is also very efficient in that my wait time during the repairs have been very brief knowing that my return trip for such works is over 4 hours.Just prior to the second visit he personally returned my phone call to discuss the issues and then arrange suitable times to bring my van in.On both visits, Andy took the time to explain everything he had done whilst also offering advice too - simply going that extra mile.The two gentlemen I mentioned are excellent ambassadors to SMC and WildAx, so good it gives me the confidence to buy from them in future so SMC will now be at the top of my list when i part-ex my van.

We own a WildAx Europa motorhome (2015 vintage) and have today (Wed 22 Nov 2023) had a new Remis window blind and a new Dometic skylight blind fitted along with two external taps, fresh and grey water. This has been completed more than satisfactorily. SMH's attention to customer service is excellent and their knowledge of all things motorhome" is impressive. Bought a second hand motorhome from SMC and the staff were very knowledgeable and thorough in their advice on the model we were interested in. Great service and amazing warranty with free additional accessories thrown in on purchase. Highly recommend.

We would like to thank all the staff at SMC what a lovely people they are and would certainly use them again in the future, what we liked was no pressure to buy anything as they let us look around at our leisure but Nick was amazing as he took time to show us how everything on our motor home works, we had been to several motor home dealers plus looking at ones which had been for sale by private owners but wasn’t happy with what we found until we went here, no pressure sales makes a big difference as we bought exactly what we wanted, a big thanks to Nick as nothing was too much trouble as even now if we’re not sure of anything we just give them a call, cheers guys.

Great service, very knowledgeable, by Mike and his SMC team, they did everything as discussed to make the purchase process stress free.The Moho was exceptionally well presented at handover with a detailed explanation of all the Habitation and chassis elements on how they work and what’s to be expected on the do’s and dont’s !This was a ‘by chance’ look around the lot that ended up with a very satisfied conclusion for us.No hesitation in recommending the business.
