Shocking service absolutely rob you blind avoid at all costs

Avoid unless you absolutely must use them! Complacent, rude and unhelpful staff. The worst customer service experience I have had anywhere.Architects had specified their props, and we didn't have time to find an alternative, so we had no choice in the matter.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!I try to avoid using these people where possible, but unfortunately had to. They charged us £250 + VAT each way delivery & collection. The driver arrived in a flat bed lorry with no mechanical unloading facility such as a hi-ab or tail lift and all of the items were a 2 man lift. When we complained we were told that it's in the T's & C's. Who reads 3 pages of Terms & Conditions for a simple hire order. Such a shame their staff are so rubbish they can't be bothered to point it out at placement of order.AMENDMENT:After complaining about the delivery cost, they offered a £75 credit on the delivery charge, so I have changed this from a 1 star review to a 2 star review.

The worst experience with a sales team from the Wolf of Wall Street.Stay away from these lot at all costs. they will overcharge and hunt you down.Disgraceful company
