Very poor experience with this one.A rogue company called Home Logic.A representative called after cancelling first appointment at short notice. Very abrupt and rude manner.He made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. He insisted on talking to me and my partner together and claimed I was told this in advance ( I definitely was NOT.) Would not explain why - what if I lived alone?Best advice: don't have any dealings with this company. Their first objective is to get you to take an expensive loan to pay for the spray-on chemical insulation.They don't tell you their product can ruin your home's resale value and make it very difficult to sell. Once their product is on your roof it's impossible to remove.They are a company just out for themselves.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Expected a surveyor received a salesman for a 3 hour 6-9pm sale on a Friday evening. Paid a £500 deposit just to make him leave and spent the weekend doing more research, funnily enough there are issues with spray foam and mortgages and costs a few grand to remove. At this point in time my cheque" has still not arrived and my multiple emails have been ignored and that was 25th July so definitely outside the 14 days they state in their contract. Pushed me to put it on their finance which just means you pay back twice the cost of the foam and spread over 10 years which means it all costs more than than if you just didn't get it and turned the heating up in the winter! These lot are jokers."

Avoid! This company tried to get my 93-year old father to pay for spraying his roof. Initial quote £5,600 and then after three unwanted calls, dropped the price to £1,995. The work is entirely unecessary because my father already has loft insulation at ceiling level and the roof void isn't used. Worse, this work represents a major alteration to your roof and mortgage and equity release conpanies won't lend on properties with spray foam ... it often causes decay of the roof structure and makes it impossible to survey. The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors has published guidance on this work, in most cases strongly advising against this work.

They came to quote a few years back. I was in the middle of doing a house up, so like many people I wanted multiple prices.Old school sales tactics, manager on the phone knocking the price down. They try and force you into a decision there and then.Kicked him out the house, I honestly feel for the elderly and vunerable when these snakes turn up.It would be worth reading up on this foam insulation, seems to be many comments about people having issues selling or remortaging their property after installation.Makes you wonder why their Facebook page has reviews turned off...

I was impressed by Craig and Christian, the two guys that applied the insulating foam. They were polite and carried out a clean and neat installation. I would recommend Home Logic but only after serious price negotiations. Well done guys, good job.

Spray foam insulation is a terrible idea, it traps moisture in the timbers and stops ventilation. Your pitched roof void is designed to be cold and well ventilated. insulation should be atop the ceiling boards.Insulating at the common rafters require an entirely different roof design.This company is a clown show and you will be glad you avoided them.Sprayed insulation will cause you headaches with insurance, mortgages and and selling the property.Avoid this clown show and ask a professional

I'm looking to have my loft insulated and was in the process of getting quotes. As any rational person would do.I happened upon a google ad, filled in my details and was contacted within minutes. I had a sales man arrive to do a quote a couple of days later. A quote should take about 15 minutes. From the get go he was telling me about today only prices" - which is an out dated and quite frankly predatory marketing tactic. He spent an hour and 20 minutes in my home - giving me useless information

Thought I would give them a tryThey re-arranged appointment and when someone did turn up they proceeded to tell me that the appointment would take 2 hours minimum.I immediately said wasn't interested. Nothing takes a 2 hour sale pitch which reading from the comments seems like a harassment tactic. People basically paying to get them gone.I've read into this spray foam and yeah more negatives than positives. just get some decent floor level insulation and don't have walking boards flattening the insulation.

Salesman who came over LIED when he went up into our loft.He showed me a picture on his phone of the moisture content reading which showed 19% moisture in my loft (OH NO, BETTER BUY THEIR INSULATION ASAP!! …not)I then asked him to go take the reading further down so I could see him do it (didn’t see him do the reading before). He goes to the other end, squats down and tries hiding his distance measuring laser pretending to take a moisture reading… when I call him out on it he gives me a whole salesman explanation on why putting the measurements into his app gives the moisture reading (what planet does he think I’m on? Must think his clients are all stupid who don’t question a thing he does). He continues to do this condescending explanation for the next 5mins.Stay well away from this company as they show a fake Grand Designs video too. They obviously rely on ripping off old / vulnerable people and will lie and scam you into buying their product.

Excellent, fast, professional service. Great product, open cell spray foam loft insulation. Reasonably priced - after negotiation. Polite, respectful workman (Tony) Even tidied up after themselves. Would thoroughly recommend.
