I ordered seat covers and a storage hanger for our VW camper. When I placed the order the delivery was stated as 1-2 weeks, 5 weeks later I’ve still not received them or had notification of when the items will be sent although they have taken the full payment at order. I really want to believe that I’m going to receive these items as they look great quality so all I have is hope. I have sent several emails chasing for an update and did receive a mail back saying that they were very busy. I do understand that supply and resource is having a difficult time, I too am in supply chain, what I can’t get my head around is the lack of communication to advise customers of what’s happening, what are the current delays and how long we are expected to wait. I’d fully understand if I was just kept in the loop, but it’s like trying to contact the black hole. I’m keeping my fingers crossed as it’s the only thing I can do currently ☹️ UPDATE - I received the seat covers and seat organiser in May 2022 - 3 months after ordering. They sent the wrong organiser and changed that over which took another 4 weeks - in Summary, the products and quality are very good, the delivery times not so. Would I buy again? Possibly, but I just wish they were honest with customers on delivery timescales + they need more customer service staff as a response takes at minimum a week - maybe if they are correct expectations on delivery they would need so many customer service agents to respond “.

I looked for some great seat covers for my Transit van and came acrosss these, unfortunately i never received after around 4 weeks backwards and forwards with emails and generic emails being sent back. I tried calling but obviously they are not taking phone calls due to the current situation typical excuse made by everyone these days.Not happy only this week have they finally refunded me.be careful when ordering.

I wish this company would just be honest when quoting delivery times. Their website states a delivery time of 1-2 weeks if the seat covers are in stock. I checked their website and sent them a message before ordering seat covers for my T6 California. I was assured that they were in stock and my order would be expedited. I placed my order on this basis as I wanted them fitted for a VW Festival. My order was eventually delivered after 5 weeks and numerous messages to the company. They used every excuse in the book for the delay, firstly Covid and Brexit!!! Come on guys are you being serious. Then they stated that the delay was due to a shortage of the tartan fabric, even though they stated it was in stock when I placed my order. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You can’t even speak with them by phone as they have all the lines turned off. Must be because of all the complaints due to their service. They should just be honest and quote a realistic 4-6 week delivery time instead of the non existent 1-2 weeks. I have seen lots of reviews were others have waited over 2 months or either cancelled their order. That said though the quality of the seat covers us good for the price and I am happy with how they look now fitted. The only other issue why don’t they send out fitting instructions with the seat covers? I had to get instructions via the VW California owners club forum. I would not recommend this company for their customer service as it is the worst I have ever experienced.

If I could give -1000 stars I would. Avoid at allCosts. Ordereddd and waited weeks for nothing to arrive. Promises broken. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

TERRIBLE AVOID VOID AVOID. I currently still awaiting my order which was order back in April. I was told they were in manufacture end of July for dispatch early August. No updates no contact no nothing. Terrible experience. DO NOT USE

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve waited over a month now for my seat covers and I haven’t even been given a deliver date. I’ve sent multiple emails to the company and they’ve not bothered to make contact

Ordered a set of van seat covers over 6 weeks ago with no deleiver or contact. I have now emailed the company on 3 occations with no responce and tried to contact via telephone, however they seem to not take calls. I have had to pass this onto paypal as it seems they may be a scam company and worth avoiding.
