Scammers! Stay away. Put 50 pound deposit down and when I tried to schedule a pick up they ghosted me. Never responded. Also, their forms to fill out includes a “Power of Attorney” (!!!) form. Not to be trusted.

Provided a great moving service from our home in Suffolk to relocate back home to south Africa. Competitive quote, and fitted us around our moving date. Did a great job on the day and was very clear and helpful about the process and how everything worked.

From a grossly delayed haulage and delivery (nearly three weeks since arriving in port from Australia and approved by customs, 63tsitting there with no update!) - the only reason we got delivery confirmation is that I followed up on email five times.Then when it came to the delivery. It was an hour late with no call or anything to inform us. The gents were polite and efficient but did not unpack our items as per our booking (what we paid for), leaving us with 43 boxes and expecting us to keep them for 14 days because that's the soonest they can get someone to pick them up. Oh, and expecting us to pay £264 for them to pick them up, even though we paid for unpacking, reassembly (which never happened) and removal of boxes...The whole service by PSS has been unsatisfactory. I would never recommend anyone to use them. Very disappointed!

Helpful staff when asked questions. Great movers on the day. Made me much more comfortable with this big move internationally.

We recently immigrated from New Zealand to the UK and PSS removals delivered our personal belongings to our home in Godalming, Surrey. The two gentlemen delivering were very friendly and took great care off loading our belongings. We received excellent service from the delivery team and as well as the office team. Thank you.

1. Very aggressive and pushy.2. Incompetence around insurance (Laura C., if you don't know a technical term, don't argue with the person using it. Find out what the term means first. Cause guess what, the insurance provider said the same thing I did... You know like maybe I know what I'm talking about because it relates to my profession...)3. Generally rude.4. No understanding of time zones (demanded at 3am that banks provide information before 4am)5. Unable to answer questions without having them repeated.6. Only accepts bank transfers (can't pay by debit or credit or other means.... And then Laura C. from PSS somehow expects international payments to be delivered within minutes.... In relation see item 4).7. Despite repeatedly giving the same information, they got the quote wrong and requested the same information (already provided) multiple times.8.
