Boots opticians excellent. Met my needs and very pleasant staff especially Lorraine.

Got a letter from the Opticians, calling my wife in for a contact lens check. They're holding back the lenses until she has this check.Got there, she was in for 2 mins !!!!!Turns out the previous Optician didn't update her file, from the previous visit, and the eye test wasn't required........,?1 day off work, and a wasted Taxi journey...Must Do Better. No excuses!

Really rude staff. The announcement came on to say the shop was closing in 5 minutes, seconds later a lady appeared and told me I needed to leave as the shop was closed. I told her I’m buying baby milk and then leaving. She said “no, you’ll have to come back tomorrow we’re closed.” Cheeky cow. She didn’t say this to anyone else!

Lilian is so friendly and very helpful! Always a pleasure seeing her when I go instore.

I went to the pharmacy as I needed some eye drops and the lady there was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She explained all I needed to know about how to use them and how to store them and what to be mindful of regarding hygiene. Excellent service and done in a professional as well as friendly manner. Well done Boots for hiring such helpful professionals.

The price of the item I bought beat the price on the internet, and the pharmaceutical relief I had from it was top notch, couldn't be better. A nice big store full of colourful products.

Staff were clueless, very unhelpful and rude. I asked about their 'price match' offer today as I had seen a product I wanted in store, which was on sale for much less on Amazon and PC world.I thought I would give Boots some business and support the high street. After finally finding someone to ask (as most were hiding from customers) every member of staff seemed confused about what I was asking, despite the offer being advertised all through the store.After a long discussion with staff they said they *would* honour their own in-store offer.When I went the checkout to pay for the item, the staff member at the till decided to accuse me of being deceiving and trying to trick them at the till with a screenshot, despite showing them my phone and that the current deals were real. It was very disappointing and incredibly rude and embarrassing treatment to receive.Eventually the rude checkout worker moved aside and the manager apologised for their attitude towards me and gave me the deal (which really wasn't a deal, it just saved me the hassle of going online and ordering from amazon)Once I got the item home I noticed it had been opened in store and used, probably returned. I writing this review having just seen it, so I'm furious with this terrible store.I've never felt more disappointed in using Boots and giving them my custom again. Never again. Use amazon, superdrug, anywhere else but here.

Visited the pharmacy, as I had a faulty insulin pen and that left me in a spot of bother. They did me an emergency prescription straight away, few simple questions to answer and it was done. They were very helpful, polite and nothing was to much trouble. Great service.

Good product,good customer service but it's always a disappointment with boots and queues bursting not many customers but unnecessary queues all the time.

Service was fast but my medication was not available
