Went to Pulse Bodyworks via my insurers recommendation, after my bumper was ripped off whilst parked. The work itself looks great. Good and friendly customer service from start to finish. It took a while, almost a month, but the place looked very busy so I'm not surprised by that. Noticed a dusty Mercedes emblem mark on the back bumper, likely from where they stored the cars so close together, but no damage so I won't be following up on it. Overall, happy with the work and the service. I recommend you shortlist these guys for any work you need done!

Pulse Bodyworks' mechanics performed an outstanding task by efficiently repairing my car, which had suffered significant damage, in an impressively short time frame of only two weeks. The outcome is so impeccable that it appears as if the car had never been damaged at all. Throughout the repair process, they kept me well-informed at every stage, offering comprehensive details and even providing an online progress tracker. I highly recommend their exceptional service.

Im not one to review often, but I just had to make of point of doing this. I have had THE most outstanding service from all the team at Pulse Bodyworks. From the moment I went in to have the car reviewed, I was greeted with polite, courteous and friendly staff, from the guys on the front yard working, the reception staff and the most personable and professional manager Martin. They all went above and beyond to help fix every problem to the highest standard and make every repair perfect. Not only that, they kept in touch with progress photos and made sure I had nothing to worry about and was happy at all times. I can't recommend this team of staff and repair centre enough. My car looked brand new, highest standard repairs, I was treated so well and I am just so so impressed with everything. Thank you to everyone, I would never use another company again.

Had a very bad experience using these guys. Unfortunately, they were on the list of approved repairers from my insurers so I trusted this.They had my car for just shy of a month, I called for updates and also to ask advice/ book in for some extra work that I wanted to pay for myself whilst it was in there. They eventaully explained I couldn't do this- fine.The issue I have was with the very painful/ uncommunicative conversations I had each time with the receptionist and one other guy. I felt in the end that they were trying to be unhelpful on purpose- almost like a wind up. they would give very very vague answers, after 2 weeks nobody could confirm what the issue was and how it was going to be fixed. If they hadn't looked at it yet they just needed to say this- I just had a constant feeling of being fobbed off. My confidence levels in them having my car and sortinhg it after speaking with the receptionist was nil, she didn't seem to know anything about it but just refused to let me speak to anyone that had seen my car. Of course, this meant I would call back every few days- just in the hope of having a useful update. I was then told by the rude male employee that i encountered You keep harrassing us every day". I explained that a) i was getting no answers b) they had my car and c) I had called twice that week! Hardly the definition of harrassing. I did not want to be calling OR have the time to do so but I just wanted some answers and update.I just got the impression that unless you were a customer who faithfully handed the keys over and disppeared for a month whilst they had your car

They did a great job replacing my rear bumper and it looks as good as new. They were quicker than the projected time it was originally estimated that the repairs would take. They kept me informed of the progress and were friendly. Highly recommend!

Got the work done in a timely manner but required rectification work after a month when the paintwork became defective. Both times after the work was completed the car had to be sent back for further work after the garage caused more damage to the bodywork. While the employees remained professional, they weren’t particularly helpful nor were they willing to accept any liability for the quality of their work even when proven with photos and independent engineer inspections that the standard was sub-par. If you’re assigned this garage by insurance I would recommend requesting a different one.
