This company had been recommended to me by someone who had used them before. The proprietor Lee came back to me very quickly and provided a very comprehensive and detailed quote which was very competitive. We booked in a convenient time and he arrived promptly. Lee was extremely friendly and his work was carried out in a very clean, meticulous and efficient way. Lee would certainly be the first person I would contact In the future if I needed any plumbing work and I will certainly be recommending him to any friends or family you need a plumber. Absolutely five stars.

Lee fitted a boiler for us. He was reliable, professional and considerate throughout. He tidied up after work and sorted out disposal of our old boiler. He also took the time to explain how the new boiler works and was able to quickly answer a couple of questions I had regarding settings a few days later. I can highly recommend him to anyone wanting a new boiler.

This is the third time I've had to engage Glo-Heating for boiler repairs, servicing and gas safety checks. Lee is incredibly quick to respond, highly professional in his diagnosis and the quality of his workmanship, and takes care to explain the issues and options for repair. His prices are very reasonable too. I'm very satisfied with Lee and his company and would highly recommend his services.

Excellent service from the first. Lee’s quote was super clear and he took the time to explain various options. Pleased with the new boiler, already working noticeably better than the old one.The work was done in two days with minimum fuss. Everything left immaculate. New thermostat installed and Lee showed us how you work it by smart phone.Highly recommended service.

Lee was excellent from first contact, clearly grasping the problem and offering a solution, friendly and approachable on email. On the day of the work there was a courtesy text to say he was on his way. As well as installing the new thermostats, Lee altered the settings on my boiler to make it more efficient (first person ever to do that!), and made a number of small system improvements. Lee is super knowledgeable with an outstanding technical expertise. I'll definitely be having him back for further eco improvements including (fingers crossed) an air source heat pump.

Cannot recommend Glo Heating and Lee enough. I called Lee with a broken boiler and no hot water in September. He tried to help diagnosis the issue over the phone first to avoid any call out charges which I thought was amazing. He then visited very quickly, worked out the issue and returned the following day to repair when he said he would. Also managed to fit in doing my service whilst he was here. Really really knowledgeable and incredibly professional. So impressed with the service and won't be using anyone except Lee from now on!! Thanks for doing such a brilliant job!
