Happy Lamb Hot Pot Bayswater
An interesting concept, a first time experience. It's pretty simple... Dip, cook and eat. Too much work for me personally where I want to relax and have an enjoyable conversation then keep checking the cooking time instructions. Reminds me of the fondue days in Switzerland. I enjoyed the lamb skewers all ready for a reason!This place would definitely welcome budding chefs!

One of the newer hot pot places in London. It’s very modern and offers a great hot pot option in town. You can choose up to three soup bases. The tomato was very tasty and the original also very good. The lamb and beef were great and seafood also very good. No pork options here. Portions were decent and affordable. The bathroom is shared and even had hair tie and mouth wash. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful, topped up soup bases with the correct ones etc. Others were ok (never got the tap water and topped up tomato with original soup base). Overall a good place!

Came here for a friend's birthday dinner, service was super quick and the wait time was much lower than haidilao - a really great local alternative:) although there is no self-serve sauce bar, and no pork options, a lot of lamb and beef options though. Was quite noisy when we went so its not the best if you want to have a long conversation catchup but it's a really nice place for dinner and the portion sizes are really generous. However, even with the 20% off we got from pre-booking on The Fork app, it still came up to quite a high cost per person, although we did order quite a lot between the 4 of us.I definitely recommend the mixed veg and mushroom platters, especially if you're eating with veg people, but even if not they're great value. Try to just get a variety of things, it's really nice.

I'll be honest, I've wanted to try hot pot for ages, but I've always been a bit nervous in case I don't order the right things or cook things in the right way.I'm so happy (as a lamb) that I finally gave it a try.The staff were friendly and efficient, and the service was quick but not rushed.Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious and the portions extremely generous.I was especially pleased with the huge pots of tea and the free soup refills! I'll definitely be back and will try some of the items I'm less used to.To anyone who is a bit unsure of how it all works or whether you'll mess things up, I would encourage you to just give it a try.

Excellent hot pot experience, there are so many permutations of options available. Personal favourites include the coconut pudding, spring onion pancake and the beef slices. An additional star has been awarded for the generous portion of kimchi as photographed!

Decent hotpot, large group so they were able to accommodate us well. Selection is big and price was okay with the discount. Service was incredibly slow and hard to flag down a server when soup was low. Soup base not as good as haidilao

Nice place for a hotpot, especially on a cold rainy evening.Service was good; they’ll fill up the broth for you if it’s running low as well as turning up/down the cooker.The spicy broth was really nice, though a tad bit too spicy for me but, they have an option to choose whether you want it less spicy or more spicy! The chicken marrow broth was my favourite. All the meat & vegetable was tasty enough to have on its own without any sort of sauces!The spring onion pancake was my favourite out of everything we ordered!We were told there was a time limit of 1hr 30mins but the staff didn’t tell us to leave or anything and we stayed over the time limit!
