After several projects completed together, I can confidently recommend Thames Building Control. Much helpful advice in every matter related to the projects. Communication is very easy, they are responsive and always available.

An amazing experince with Balraj who was my building controls officer. He has sound knowledge, very professional and imformative when needed. He was always able to answer my questions and really helped me through the whole project. Communication is extremely important for me and he really delivered exceptionally. Extremely poor communicationHadn't responded to questions asked, the job was then completed and Thames building control said they can't certify the new roof without seeing the progression. They then took 4 months to return the funds, -20% for an admin fee which is extortionateHave been evasive since and it's been disappointing. I've tried to settle this with Jason but no response

Hammersmith office were super efficient getting my certificate processed. They advised accordingly and we had a seamless experience. Thank you

The team at Thames Building Control was professional, their work excellent and their communication was faultless throughout the project.

Very poor service. Completely missed some vital construction errors during the renovation of my house. I had to replace the (new) roof as the insulation and ventilation was not up to standard. Complaints were brushed off with 'not our fault'. Local authority inspectors are far more vigilant than this bunch, who were recommended by my also substandard architect

This is the second time we have used Thames building control and I am so glad we decided to use them again for this latest and more challenging project. I want to start by saying thank you for all team at TBC for the work they have done for us on our renovation project, including all the site visits have have made. This has been a challenging project at a challenging time, but we have managed to complete it through the efforts of some amazing teams, the top of that list being TBC who have been there through out the process ensuring our build is safe and to the highest standard. Our builders, who were very experienced and talented team, also found TBC very professional and great to work with. Whenever we needed to contact them they have been there and have immediately answered their phones and have responded quickly, something which we found has been a problem with other companies during this unusual Covid period. In short It was a pleasure working with them and we will happily work with them again and have already recommended them to friends. Thank you for all your work and help.

Very pleased with the professional and timely service from the whole team from setting up the project, site visits, administration and through to final close out, with consistently helpful advice along the way.
