I had a seized trapezius muscle that Kyle decompressed which I cannot thank him enough for.So I went back and got a full body body massage for an hour.The atmosphere set was lovely and I felt fully relaxed and stretched in the specific areas I was having problems with (back and posture related)Overall would recommend highly to anyone needing medical relaxation after chiropractic treatment or just in general!

Kyle did an amazing job - the massage wasn't rushed, and really took the time and effort to get to know the issue, and suggest ways to help. Will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended!

Kyle from Zen Thai Massage recently gave me a 1 to 1 yoga class at my home.Kyle began the session with breathing and grounding work, talking me through some gentle poses and stretches before working towards some more intense poses.Kyle made sure I was comfortable through out the session and adapted the poses for my own range.I have had massage from Kyle in the past and have also found this beneficial and enjoyable.

Kyle is a warm and welcoming person who makes you feel well taken care of. When I arrived we sat and decompressed from the day before we started a mini yoga session. He motivated me to get outside and have a run around to get the blood flowing and then did a couple sun salutations to start. When we head back inside, Kyle communicated through each process to make me feel comfortable. Each move was slowly deepened by breath and he moves you around with ease. We enjoyed a few laughed a long the way too, a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

I had a 2 hour session with Kyle, I was experiencing pain mainly in my left shoulder and was feeling extremely anxious everyday. Before the session he started with some deep breathing which helped me relax, during the session I could feel emotional trauma being released which I've never experienced having a massage before. Any painful areas Kyle helped me breathe through, however if it was unbearable to let him know and he'd adjust. Once the session was finished he allowed me some time to lay there peacefully untill I was ready to get up.I had this a couple weeks ago and since I have felt allot calmer within myself with little to no anxiety, it's kinda changed my life!Overall, an amazing experience, highly recommend and definitely coming back!

Kyle gave me a very helpful professional massage which help release some tension accumulated in my neck and back easing abit my extreme pain I was experiencing ! I highly recommended Kyle ! Very professional and relaxing atmosphere highly recommended won't disappointed.
