I’m so so grateful to Faye and her other member of staff that helped me out SO last minute. She went above and beyond to make sure my little girl had a bouncy castle at her party - even hiring another van! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Bounce House Boutique went above and beyond to change everything incredibly last minute to suit the weather. We had originally requested a large bouncy castle for outdoors for our wedding on 5th August. A couple of days before the wedding the weather looked like rain and Bounce House Boutique visited the venue to come up with an alternative set up suitable for indoor use. They had to work fast after the ceremony to set up the castle and then to also take it down again before the evening disco. The bouncy castle was our 3 year olds request for the wedding so it was so lovely to be able to still have it for her even though the weather did not permit it outside. It was the highlight of her day along with the the other 17 toddlers and young children we had at the wedding. The set up also looked beautiful with some wonderful balloons with our wedding colours. We can’t wait to use Bounce House for future events.

Faye was amazing from start to finish. The bouncy castle and soft play looked so lovely with dinosaur themed balloons! The set up and pack down was super quick and professional. We will definitely be using Faye again. Thank you!

Amazing service by bouncy castle boutique, booked for my daughters birthday and the weather was looking like heavy rain so had cancelled and last minute the weather was sunny, so contacted Faye and she managed to come and set up the bouncy castle. My daughter and all her friends absolutely loved it and made the day very special

Just brilliant, I can’t recommend enough. Faye stepped in at the last minute when our previously booked bouncy castle cancelled literally on the morning of Bonnie’s 4th birthday party. The castle and the bubble house were beautiful and 18 tiny girls had an absolute blast. You saved the day and made one little princess so happy.

A friend hired this beautiful bouncy castle for her granddaughter and friends it was perfect just the right size . The balloons were amazing . Faye was friendly and helpful. Her attention to detail was outstanding nothing was too much trouble . I would definitely recommend Bounce House Boutique for a party .

Hired the bouncy castle for a school event. The children absolutely loved it. The decor is outstanding the children loved the balloons. Faye was so helpful and nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend. Will definitely be hiring again.
