Would have given 0 stars but there is no option. The woman who served me - Courtney - was quite rude and don’t have a clue about what she is doing. Asked for a simple scan document but she didn’t know how to do it. Instead started raising her voice and wouldn’t let me have my documents.The place needs to listen to what customers want instead of shouting them down. Pathetic service - have used them for quite a few years. Won’t do again.By all means avoid.

I would have given a zero rating if allowed. Extremely unhelpful staff who have no clue about computers and will not allow customer(just behind the counter) to help either, but simply redirect to Library to print instead. Such an absolute waste of time and annoying experience ever.

Overall, a very nice shop. The pencilcase I wanted had sold out, and the staff ordered a new one just for me, and they said it would arrive on Tuesday. However, as I was really busy I couldn't go and pick it up, and when I finally could it was Friday. I was worried that they might have sent it back but they still had it. Some friendly staff, I think some in the past have come off as unfriendly due to some reviews. Also, there was a struggling elderly on a wheelchair trying to look around, and the staff were really helpful to her. Also, the sales are pretty good!

I visited the store to collect an item I had ordered online. I had my baby in a pram with me and the package was much larger than I expected. The gentleman at the store very kindly carried the box for me to my car and went above and beyond what he needed to. I am very grateful, thank you.

Very great service received from Vicky and Joyce at Rymans on Sutton High Street. Without their patient assistance I could not have navigated sending my large parcel by DHL.They were very kind patient, understanding and very helpful. Such staff should be appreciated by the organisationThanks.
