Wow!! What an amazing, friendly, efficient service. We had a hot tub moved from 1 family member to another. They were so quick, proffessional yet friendly. Can not recommend them enough!! Most certainly use them again for all our hot tub needs!!At the time of delivery a neighbour had locked themselves out and they jumped over fence to help out elderly gent. They really were heros in capes!! We were so lucky they were here.Like I say, amazing men!! Thank you so much

We have elliot to service and do water changes. He the most amazing bloke. He's got such a wealth of knowledge on hot tubs. He's so friendly and happy. He's always happy to go out of his way for us if we need him to do anything extra or answer questions.

Another great experience from these guys. Professional and friendly. Got the problem diagnosed and fixed same day. Elliot also let us know exactly what the problem was, how he found it and the best action plan to fix it (All whilst working around the chaos caused by the kids). I would recommend to anyone with an issue with a spa/tub or move.

Elliot came out and serviced my hot tub a few months ago. Due to the age of the tub some of the hoses were brittle. He made 3 visits in total to get the tub up to speed and no leaks! A great service and reasonably priced.

Steven and his team turned up on our moving day, bang on time, to move our hot tub to our new address. The move went smoothly thanks to their professionalism. I will be asking them back to recommission and service in due course. Their customer service was so good I won’t be asking anyone else to maintain our tub.

I just didn’t feel like the person looking at my hot tub was suitable qualified. He might be good at servicing hot tubs but actually repairing them is a different matter.£145 call out fee to be told they cannot get hold of the parts needed as they are particular to my make of hot tub which are difficult to source.The lad was a nice lad who came. Very pleasant but it is not nice to pay £145 for nothing.Edit: called another company who has repaired problem £125 call out, no labour as they serviced it.I was quoted over £2000 to replace a spa control pad.

I have just had extensive repairs done to my hot tub which needed two visits the engineer Elliott was very professional and kept me informed about all of the repairs he had a lot of knowledge and was very polite and courteous as well as being very tidy when carrying out repairs I can recommend his and his company tub stores services

We contacted Hot Tub SOS , as we had a leak. Elliot their engineer came out , very quickly worked out where the leak was coming from and planned to come back with the correct parts within the same week. Elliot then returned and replaced the faulty suction inlet. Very professional and I would highly recommend Hot Tub SOS. Thank you

Elliot came out today to clean and set up the hot tub. Very friendly and helpful service. He patiently answered all our questions and gave lots of useful advice. Would definitely recommend.
