This year we done the reverse advent calendar and chose this place to donate the food to on Christmas eve, we were greated with a smile and even given a tour... all the staff were so thankful and friendly!They offer a range of help, from form filling to general shelter and food for those in need.A great team that work there!

I have to say this really is a safe haven for the homeless. Clare, who I spoke with, was wonderful. She was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and very willing to help. I absolutely admire the work they do and highly recommend you make an appointment to visit if you are in need of support.

ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, THE STAFF ARE INCOMPETENT, NASTY, it like they can't find job any were else this is were they end up, if the sacked and can't fin another job, a women called Donna is a c like hittler, and the Charlie manger women that thinks she can play foot ball, wow only think she is not doing beating people with a stick brc she on camera, I bet if there was not, I don't know how this plance is allowed to run with type pepole incharge needs to be fully investigated, god help you if u end up here
