What amazing people!The suspension collapsed on my car last night, I rang up 1st thing and it was no problem for them to have the car as quickly as I could get it there.They replaced the broken coil spring and did some routine maintenance that I knew was needed, 2 new tyres all balanced and wheel alignment and a track rod end.All done with no notice the car was coming in. I dropped the car off around 8:45 and everything was done and ready to collect by 4. I guess if they didn't have to wait for a parts delivery it would have been even quicker!I was advised of a few other bits that would need doing in the future but nothing essential currently.To top it off they gave the car a wash too (not charged for)Price was very reasonable.I cant thank Matt and his team enough. We have only been in the area a month.They get an A+++++++++++ rating from me and will use them for any future motering needs.I can't recommend these guys enough.Really great service!!

•AVOID THIS COMPANY•In the past and they charged for work that I didn’t give them permission to carry out. I had a flat tyre over the weekend and couldn’t drive far so yesterday I brought my car in to have the puncture inspected.They damaged my wheel whilst removing the tyre and then charged me £15 for the inspection, after raising the issue when I noticed the damage they refused to do anything about it, (the manager hid inside whilst the mechanic passed on this message).I am now left with the repair bill of having the wheel refurbished, I will be reporting to trading standards and won’t be using RS again, I am not the only one to have had similar issues regarding this kind of experience and would advice against using a business with such shady practices.

Was billed for parts and work I didn't ask for and only knew about when the bill was placed infront of me after the work was carried out. Untrustworthy.Asked for a handbrake adjustment on a new caliper and new hand brake cables. Was billed for caliper removal and new brake pads at the cost of £95 and still have a handbrake that needs adjusting. When I contacted them it was explained to me they have bedded in after the 1 mile drive they have received and they would be happy to fit me in and charge me again for a handbrake adjustment.I'm £95 down with new pads I didn't need and a handbrake no better than before.

Shop was recommended by numerous people I work with. Was able to book a MOT test within a few days. No issues and staff was nice and helpful. Will use them again.

Has caused more issues with my car than they sorted, serviced by them 3 years no stamps in the book, faulty parts fitted and general bad attitude
