I highly recommend this Brighton TM course. Mark is a brilliant, very experienced teacher. He delivered the course with wisdom, inspiration and humour! Learning in a group and the access to on-going check ins makes this a very supportive way to practice.

I had a really nice time over the course of a few days each evening with Mark and the others in the group I was in. Our conversations were relaxed, but informative and engaging; I always felt comfortable sharing my experiences and speaking my mind, safe in the knowledge that I would receive a thoughtful and thorough response. I cannot flaw this course nor its teacher as I have nothing but gratitude for the fruits of this teaching that are already beginning to blossom in my life after little more than a week or so. If your intuition has led you to this paragraph, dispel your doubts and book the course.

I came to the TM centre thanks to my best friend’s advice and one thing is sure it was a big revelation. Having tried many techniques before, I was reluctant. However, it was the best gift I could do to myself, and to the ones around me. My sleep and my attitude have changed, and I found a sense of safety. I was lucky to find a great instructor, Marc transmits his knowledge in a humble and pleasant way, with a great sense of humour that makes you feel immediately at ease. The group was fantastic. If you are lucky enough to live in Brighton embark on a journey that you will never regret. It is the best gift you can do to yourself.

I completed the TM introductory course 3 weeks ago and so far so good - I am finding it easy, restful, calming, energising, and easy to assimilate into my daily routine. It complements my mindfulness practice and has a lightness about it that I am appreciating. I found Mark to be a warm and compassionate teacher. Before the course I was a bit sceptical about how the wider TM organisation markets itself - and to be fair I'm still a bit unsure about that. But my experience of Mark's teaching and the TM practice itself has been first rate.

I've really enjoyed learning about TM. It was a really comfortable and relaxed space to learn, and Mark allowed time for discussion and questions. I get so much from the meditation, I've noticed a change in my levels of anxiety. Also generally I approach everyday things with a more centred feeling. I appreciate time to sit with a technique that's so simple. I also love that I can contact Mark for any support or check in if I need to. Really enjoying TM and so grateful to have a way to take space for myself. I have a feeling it's going to improve my life if I keep up the practice.

I had a great experience with TM Brighton and Mark. Super friendly and welcoming, informative and supportive. All my initial questions were answered leading up to the course and further expanded upon during the course. The structure of the course and the after support has been exceptionally helpful. It was great to meet other like-minded course participants. I'm very pleased I joined the course and am now enjoying the ongoing practical development of my TM practice. Thank you very much Mark!
