I visited midland road this morning after clearing my deceased husbands garage. Didn’t have a clue where to put things. A very friendly helpful person came to help me. He was so good ,had it sorted in no time at all. Spoke to some other men working there, all very friendly. Very impressed.

Very useful waste recycling centre. Since covid they still run with social distancing even though this has now been stopped everywhere so the process is slower and queues very long. They should now revert back to normal service and open up all the lanes.

You can take household waste to the tip in your own personal vehicle and all you have to do is display your permits at the front windscreen of your cars, and the tip guys will let you in!

Staff at the weekend are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and the manager's, well what can I say?! Cleanest site I've worked at for the council just be prepared to queue.

Staff were great, had to queue due to covid distancing measures but we were in fairly quick considering it was a bank holiday.The only issue were some of the clients not bothering with any distancing or throwing the correct items in the correct skips!
