Chop And Wok Erdington

The brothers that run this place are incredible I’m always honest with my reviews, I could not fault anything about this place the food was piping hot stayed hot for a 60 mile drive and enjoyed them at home, very very nice food, would recommend salt and pepper noodles !

Ordered rice, recieved baby food. Prawn crackers were old and only 4 per pack. Not happy, and won't be going back again. Don't think the chef knew what he was doing.

I would not of even fed to my pet complete shambles of a dump and they won’t even give me my money back

Recently got a new job around erdington and thought to try chop & wok out as I'm already familiar with their food from other branches. And let me tell you this, This chop wok is the best chop wok I've ordered from. My go to order is the dragon fire street box and it always is delicious from every branch, but this branch took it to another level the flavours this street box gave my taste buds were out of this world. No dragon fire street box is gonna hit the same as the erdington one. I'm 100% going to be back soon!

DO NOT ORDER FROM UBER BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SUPPORT WITH ANY FOOD ISSUES WHEN A STORE USES THEIR OWN DELIVERY DRIVERS.I usually order from here on uber, it's so bad, I had to review twice.This food literally made me sick the next day.It's always been very underwhelming and almost poor but when you live in this side of Birmingham, your options are limited for Eastern Asian food and its been a while.As soon as it arrived, I could tell standards had dropped even further, no logo on bag or boxes. The smell was rancid! I could not bring myself to eat the BBQ wings because of the smell, they looked so disgusting. Coincidentally the wings were the free item if ordering above a certain amount which I didn't reach. But I find that very suspicious.The noodles I really struggled with because it had no flavour (despite asking for extra sauce) no salt or seasoning but a strong bitter aftertaste. I did my best to mix it up, add salt and even sweet chilli but it made no difference, it almost slipped off and disappeared. I don't know what they put on it, but it was not Kung Pao (How do you go wrong with Kung Pao?)? They also missed the beef that I chose and the extra beef that I paid for.This morning, I woke up and feel really nauseous and unwell. I only had a few bites.Uber also told me they can't do anything because they do not use Uber to deliver (though you pay fees and higher rate when ordering from Uber).I don't waste food but it was inedible except the prawn crackers and I could drink the bottle of water.AVOID unless you're only going to have maybe some prawn crackers and a drink.

Should be shut down, the chow mien I ordered was inedible, like someone picked it out of a bin a month ago and reheated, I rarely complain let alone do feedback but it was that bad.
