Lance and the team are reliable, knowledgable and are reasonably priced. Lance has fitted two staircases for me so far and I love them! I will be calling him again soon for another set.

We used LW Fabrications for a new build near Colchester in 2020.The staircase itself is a double stringer black steel stairs, with Oak risers and Steps. Glass balustrade with Oak capping.From the outset, Lance was instrumental with the design process, providing great 3d drawings enabling our idea to become reality.He attended the site numerous times throughout the build to ensure measurements were spot on and that the additional lighting was in exactly the right position .Then when delivery and installation of the staircase actually came around, Lance and his team were incredibly friendly and professional. We are chuffed with the finished product and would recommend to anyone!

Just had a brand new roof terrace balcony installation from LW Bespoke , they were absolutely top notch, even did the installation on a Sunday, brilliant service with a smile nothing was too much for them Lance and Johnny are really good honest guys.Thanks you will defo use again.
