Wild Thomas Gardens

I was looking for garden maintenance but chose Wild Thomas as they have refreshed the garden with infill planting and are helping me build my own confidence and skills to do the majority of the upkeep work with their seasonal involvement. I look forward to seeing the results in spring.

Wild Thomas came up with a beautiful design for a low maintenance garden with wild and flower garden beds, meadow turf and a pond. They modified the plan according to my wishes and advised on pruning an existing tree. They stuck to their timetable and planted a beautiful garden full of interest. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Karen and Jake have designed us a garden we are really delighted with and have had lots of compliments about how lovely it is. We wanted something that was wildlife friendly but also easy to manage and maintain and the result ticks both boxes!

Karen and Jake helped us out with a refresh for one of our garden beds.The brief was to make the bed more attractive to the eye, and making the bed lower maintenance.We tapped into their knowledge and experience and they ended up recommending a pleasing mixture of evergreen style ground cover plants, well suited for a challenging (low light, low moisture levels, low nutrient soil) environment. Right from the start of explaining what would work best in terms of plant selection, through to the advice for plant care while the plants are getting established, Jake and Karen made sure we got the results we wanted.I highly recommend Karen and Jake, it is great to have a talented pair of gardeners in our local community.Thanks Karen and Jake!

We totally overhauled our garden with Wild Thomas after a home renovation/extension project, and we love our new space. There are many reasons to recommend Karen and Jake. Karen and Jale discussed with us what we thought we would like for an area of our garden which needed improvement. They then worked with us, and produced a design which exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the result. Since the work was completed, on schedule, less than a month ago, the garden has burst forth into colourful bloom and we are enjoying every minute!

We chose Wild Thomas to spruce up our small front garden, after seeing the wonderful results that Karen and Jake have achieved in some of our neighbours gardens.After an initial conversation, they provided us with a clear planting plan with photographs of what each plant would look like in bloom. They also gave us several options for the bin storage units that we had requested and all of this was very useful when making decisions.When completed, the planting looked amazing - exceeding my expectations of how this would transform the small garden at the front of our property.
