Dirty Burgers & Wings

Just save the hassle and order from somewhere else that will actually deliver your food. Some reviews say they arrive late but they never even showed up for me. When I rang they lied and said they were on their way but turned out to be a no show.

£13 for their Loaded Dirty Burger - 'Loaded burgers lovers' special with coleslaw and gherkins'. What arrived was a burger in stale, burnt bun with some onion relish and sadly nothing else. Uber Eats have kindly refunded my order. Far from what was advertised and inedible. Anyone thinking of ordering, think again.

Absolute shocking service. You spend £50 on a takeaway and at the very least expect it to arrive in the described time. Website said 55 minutes. Delivery took nearly 2 hours. I called to ask where the food was and after being put on hold for 5 minutes the staff blamed me because “my house was too far away” despite food being delivered here previously in a normal time. If it’s too far, don’t offer to deliver here, that would be fine! I’d go elsewhere. I was told “it would be quicker if you came and picked it up yourself” well of course? But I don’t want to, which is why I ordered a takeaway delivery?As a paying customer, I don’t think I’ve had anyone be so rude to me as the lady I spoke to over the phone at dirty burgers and wings. If I was this rude to someone in my job, I’d be fired on the spot.2 previous orders from here came with parts of the order missing. Thought we’d try them again but what a mistake that was. Food was wrong again, ordered a chicken burger, got a beef burger. I don’t eat beef so I could even eat it, though as the bun was burnt to a crisp on one side, I don’t think I would have wanted to. Chips were cold and stale. I called again and they simply denied all wrong doing, they told me again that I was in the wrong for ordering the wrong burger. They didn’t offer any kind of resolution. Had to go out at 9 o’clock to get other food. Absolute joke, nothing but disappointment.If you went to a restaurant and paid £15 for a burger and chips then got service like this, you would leave immediately without paying. Will not order from here again, poor food, even worse service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.The first time I ordered, the food was great! What on earth happened? Incredible decline in standard. A shame really.Go elsewhere.

Food was so good the first time I went I had to go back again and it was just as good, burgers, chicken strips and chips were cooked perfectly both times I went. Amazing customer service and the food was made exactly how i wanted, and at a good price aswell. The whole place is just a hidden gem of Northampton I would definitely recommend

I got this as a home delivery but whoever package the burgers in the carrier bag did not label the burgers to say if it was chicken or beef. That did not help the situation when I receive the food by just eat because we do not know which was what. But food was nice.

DO NOT ORDER! If I could I would leave 0 stars. We ordered the boubon bbq burger on Just Eats (see pic). When we received the burger it had 2 beef patties which I don't eat for religious purposes. The restaurant said all their burgers include beef - which is incorrect and that we should have called the restaurant to confirm it didn't have beef. I said that defeats the point of ordering on Just Eats if I needed to call. The waiter heard my accent and then said most burgers in this country includes beef" and that she's never met anyone who doesn't eat beef. The most ignorant response I've ever heard. The manager then called me to question how much of the burger we'd eaten. He asked how many bites have we eaten exactly as he would refund us dependent on how much we've eaten. He admitted the menu was misleading but sent a driver to pick up our food so that he could assess how much he would refund. I'm utterly shocked and disappointed by this service and racism. We still haven't received the refund."

Not to be dramatic, but this is one of the best takeaways I’ve ever had. It was so good me and my boyfriend returned 2 days in a row! The food is 10/10 and is packaged so neatly. The burgers look absolutely delicious as well as taste amazing, the fries are just something else, not dry, not greasy. The higher prices are absolutely justified by how good the food is. The staff are lovely, interior could do with a refurb but I will definitely be back again as soon as possible! Recommend to everyone all day every day

Excellent burger, and the chicken wings were delicious! I can't wait to order again and try some more wings. Delivered before the time they advised on Just Eat.

Absolutely DISGUSTED!I would avoid at all cost unless you want microwaved chips and reheated soggy burger .. ordered around 7:25pm order was confirmed for 8:30.. went to meet the driver for this time, no show still at 8:40, called the restaurant was told it is on its way and would be 10 minutes, still by 9:02 exactly nothing, called back, was told the exact same thing that it was on its way and had just left, this would take 10-15 minutes to they have been very busy (which I appreciate) and have had lots of delivery’s to where my order is expected to arrive… ok so if there is plenty of orders going to exactly the same location why would you not send the driver with all the orders delivered for that time? I was also told the manager wasn’t available to speak to as he was out delivering, Food arrived at 9:35 so over 1 hour late! Opened our food the chips was extremely soggy and Luke warm as if they had been microwaved as there was also water/condensation inside the cardboard box!, burgers was hot but again there had very soggy buns was just about edible!!! I’m ashamed to say to is place has gone down hill massively and we shall not be ordering again was of just under £65!
