Do not go here for bottomless brunch!We went here for brunch last saturday for my friend's birthday. Originally the table was booked for sixteen people however due to the weather multiple people could not make it as their trains were cancelled. When we arrived I spoke to, I assume, a more senior member of staff to let them know to cancel their food as we had to preorder a week in advance.After fifteen minutes, another member of staff asked me when the rest of our party would arrive so the message had not been passed on and I had to explain again.After twenty minutes, we had to ask them to take our drinks order. We only received our first drinks twenty five minutes into our ninety minute brunch.The music was so loud that we could not possibly have a conversation. You had to shout in the ear of someone sat next to you or lip read. I am not exaggerating. The staff couldn't even hear what we wanted to order to drink! So after the first round we were brought the same drinks and you couldn't ask for something different. I can understand having the music that loud after the kitchen had closed, but whilst people are trying to eat a meal it was too much. Someone asked for it to be turned down and it wasn't.The food was OK. The steak was ordered medium rare and came medium well. The birthday girl ordered pancakes, which no one liked. So she ate other people's chips. At this point, she didn't want to complain as we felt like we were being a pain.The drinks then came more frequently after food which was great. I had the punch which was nice but I don't think it had much alcohol in it at all. But I couldn't change my order as stated above.They brought our cake out with our candles which was great. Then it was wrapped straight back up and we were told they needed the table back. So we were handed it to walk round Leeds with.A 10% service change was added and I felt I couldn't take it off as some of the staff were really great in the second half of the brunch keeping the drinks coming. But many many aspects of the brunch did not deserve the additional charge.Overall very disappointed with the whole experience and definitely overpriced.Better service, experience and value for money elsewhere in Leeds for bottomless brunch.This experience put a dampener on the start of the birthday celebrations unfortunately.

Probably the best bottomless I’ve been too!! We did the bottomless dining on a Friday night. The service was very fast and the food was fab will definitely be back! I think our server was Rosie if that’s her name

I did a bottomless brunch at neighbourhood. I was served by Aine, she was brilliant … drinks were taken straight away and came within 5 minutes. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable:)

Bouncers act as if they are guarding Fort Knox. One of the worst vibes from entry to leaving in Leeds. Plenty of better bars out there for less money who don’t make you jump through hoops and act like they are doing you a favour letting you spend money in their business.

The food was the biggest let down. Very bland and very dry. We tried a variety of dishes and hardly anyone managed to finish their meal because it was either burnt or tasteless. The servers however did a great job. Very attentive and accommodated every request given we were such a large party. Wouldn't go again because you will not get your money's worth in food but the drinks and service was satisfactory

It was a lovely place, but service very slow. Only two people on the bar and was really busy had a wait for food to come out and then was rushed to finish as there was bookings after us. Events manager was on leave according to manger and they didn't know who was booked in.

Servers were really nice.Table was super cramped even though we were a decent sized group.Brunch is far too expensive for what it is, I think I paid around £38 altogether and my drink order kept getting neglected even though the rest of the table was fulfilled, it wasn’t bottomless by any stretch of the imagination.The menu is pretty simple for such a large price. The food albeit tasty, isn’t necessarily worth the price.The DJ also plays far too much of the same artist over and over again, there’s only so much Chris Brown one can bear actually.

Food quality doesn't match up with food price. The menu is all over the place. Service was pretty good but the atmosphere is very confused. Place doesn't know what it wants to be.

Had a girl catch up with one of my best friends, on Thursdays there a £5 sushi & £10 steak offer, in the leeds branch, we had an waitress Rosie serving us the whole night, she was absolutely incredible, excellent service, went above & beyond! Never had treatment so lovely! She’s a credit to the business! Neighbourhood is my fav place, I been coming for years! Amazing food & drinks, her service tonight is definitely the best I had! Would highly recommend!Thank you!❤️❤️
