Park's Kia Coatbridge
On asking for help with a fuel cap that wouldn't open, the receptionist point blank refused to ask a technician to have a quick look to see if it could be quickly fixed. My car is under warranty. I know they have other jobs booked in, but surely a quick look to see if it's a quick fix could have saved having to leave my car all day. Poor customer service!

Cant thank Parks Kia Coatbridge enough for the swift service. Especially Mr J Rodger who went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted. Jimmy took the time to explain lots of new features before I left the with the car, We are delighted with our new car , and will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you all once again. Service done for another year. In at 10am back at 5pm ,Cars safe, nice & clean. Staff are great couldn't be nicer(unlike the technicians lol).Dealer was Laura, very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with had the KIA NIRO(2) 1.6 HYBRID 10 months now really has saved me quite a bit on fuelGreat big front seats plenty of room in the rear and the boot minus the parcel shelf if perfectformy Staffy. No problems mechanicaly or practicality will definitely be getting a KIA again.

I emailed using the link on their website regarding buying an Xceed car they had advertised. 3 days later I have had no acknowledgment from them whatsoever. I left a phone number and email address for them to contact me on and I heard nothing.It must be nice to be able to be in a position where they don’t want or need the business. I have today bought an Xceed from another Kia dealer who did bother to get back to me!

Always had a good experience- had my past 4 or 5 cars from here. Customer service is fab and quick turn around when trading in cars or even getting a service or MOT. Recently delt with Craig who was brilliant from start to finish.

The sales team were really poor. The was a young lady walking about that totally ignored me and my son. When we asked for help she was almost to a point rude and walked away.I was looking to get details on a purchase for Kia sportage.We went to Arnold Clark and bought a Peugeot 3008 instead. Parks your loss and train your staff on customer service.

Was enquiring about purchasing car via online enquiry . My enquiry was dealt with Katie Coyle, although I didn't purchase car , Katie was very helpful through contact . She listened to what I was looking , we did explore all options available . I would consider going back to deal with her.
