Barton Seagrave Post Office
Paid a little extra and decided to apply for my passport renewal at the post office. Just needed my old passport had my photo taken by the lovely postmaster and ten minutes later was on my way home. 6 days later I have had an email saying my passport has been approved and is being printed, outstanding service from Barton Seagrave Post office. Highly recommended, thank you.

Very friendly helpful staff.Went in on the 13th November to renew my passport which had expired many years ago, they did everthing electronicaly on a tablet, photo included.This was all done very quickly, 10 to 15 minutes.New passport arrived 11days later on the 24th November, Excellent service!Would definitely recommend them for this service.

It is unfortunate that one particular woman was hired here. Sticking her nose in other people’s business is extremely unprofessional especially when the customer has requested that you ‘stop’.Honestly purely because of said know it all, I won’t be using this post office again and will ensure others are aware of her behaviours.

Was great when new ownership started. Now back to normal, if you obviously have prepaid packages to hand in, you will be left waiting in the queue, whereas if you have money to spend, they wave you through.
