I had my hair done by the lovely jade I had a fresh all over tint ready to have my extension refitted the service I had with jade was amazing she is a natural hair dresser and before my arrival she had made me a coffee on my arrival I highly recommend house of hair and Kelly the owners is lovely.

I’ve just been charged £19 because I didn’t want my haircut by somebody full of cold symptoms. Asked to rebook next week when she had recovered but definitely won’t be returning now! How utterly ridiculous to lose goodwill and repeat business for what I consider to be a reasonable decision. Who wants to risk catching a cold this close to Christmas? So irritated by this ….

House of hair is a clean tidy shop, with very talented stylists. They have a great paying system. Their all friendly people. It's the only place I've been too where they know exactly what I want and make a great job of it. Any should try it. It's great.

I’ve only been to the House of Hair twice, the first time was okay but the second time was not.Izziy done my colour but she was quite unfriendly. I was only offered one cup of tea and no magazines. I was there for nearly two hours.When she washed my colour off the water splashed all over my face a lot, because she had the water in too fast, I’m sure she knew this was happening but she just carried on.She did not put conditioner on my hair or offer me a head massage, consequently when she tried to comb my hair my hair the comb wouldn’t go through it! And she just pulled at it.She left someone else to dry it and said she’d be back to check the colour, when my hair was dried the boy called her over to check the colour, but she ignored him and didn’t come over, so I left.I said goodbye when I left but Izzy didn’t respond.It’s a shame because she done my hair quite nicely, but she was laughable rude and indifferent!

Had a delightful stylist called Pheobe who styled my hair today. Total change from long to short hairstyle. Pheobe is very cheerful and full of enthusiasm. She's got the makings of a great hairdresser. She listened to what I had to say about what I wanted and proceeded to act. The atmosphere in the Salon is relaxed and the staff very professional. I shall be returning in 8 weeks for a trim, so know in advance that Pheobe will do a grand job. So far I have had nothing but compliments, so what more can I ask! Top marks Pheobe.

Andrea the Beautician is fantastic. I have had several treatments with her. She's lovely and calm which is exactly what you want when having gorgeous treatments. She's great with eyebrow shaping, perfect with pedicures and fabulous with facials. Treat yourself you won't regret it!

Been having my hair done here for over a year now, always really happy when it's done. I've gone from having ginger hair to blond. Kelly has done an amazing job. Always have a great service and staff are very friendly .

Kelly responded to my last minute voice mail and fitted me in at the last minute over her busy Easter weekend. Whilst trying to lengthen my hair I had made a terrible mess by trying to cut & trim it myself! She was amazing. Have over the years been with various hairdressers, but this is the best cut and styling experience by far. Obviously a very experienced stylist tucked away in Ferring Village. It made my day.

Kelly and the team were absolutely wonderful. They completely transformed my hair and gave me exactly what I asked for. Her dedication to getting it spot on was clear to see and very much appreciated. I couldn't recommend them enough, it was a pleasure to spend the day there with them and I'm super happy with my new hair! Thank you very much!

House of hair is a spacious and modern salon with friendly staff and reasonable prices. Katie saved my life when I had to find someone to refit my hair extensions before a work event at a very short notice as my regular stylist got ill. She did it in a very professional way and I’m very happy with the result. I highly recommend this salon and I will definitely be back!
