Could not ask for a worse estate agent to deal with. He will purposely attempt to undermine other estate agents with the triangle area. Do not deal with this company. I had asked for a valuation and they undermined my value by 20k compared to another valuation I went for. Please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere!

Kelley and Anselm were both absolutely fantastic in helping me sell my mothers property especially as I live in England and it was difficult to manage from a far, however, Brankins guided and helped me through the whole process which took away all of the hassle, i would reccommend them to anyone wishing to sell or purchase a property especially with their indepth local knowledge of the market.

Have been dealing with Brankins as a landlord for approximately 20 years. Anslem, Kelley and Cheryl have been great to work with. They are extremely professional in their work at letting and managing property. They have always ensured that suitable tenants are found for the property. They have a fantastic network of maintenance connections to call upon so that any issues for the tenants are quickly resolved. No hesitation in recommending Brankins as a letting agent.

Purchased a property through Brankins and found the company extremely professional especially Cheryl. Nothing was too much trouble and queries were answered in a very timely and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in using this company again for either buying or selling a property. A company is only as good as its people so no hesitation in 5 stars for Brankins and more importantly Cheryl!
