I have been going to this salon for over 2 years - twice a week. It’s like a family and home from home. All the staff are phenomenal and excellent at doing all hair. See you all on Tuesday

I came here for the 1st time a few weeks ago for a full head of micro rings and the quality of hair used and advice given was on point! Today I came in for a pin curl dry and couldn't of asked for a better service! Thank you for making me look and feel glam girls! Xx

The most stylish and welcoming salon. The team are so friendly, and before visiting I was apprehensive as some salons can be a little offish. The ladies at Krystalized are so friendly, polite and professional. It was a pleasure to be in their company and have good chit chat whilst having my hair done.I had a full head of colour and extensions, I left the salon feeling like a brand new woman, and have since been back and will continue to use this salon as my new hairdressers!Highly recommend, they made me feel welcome and made me look brand new :-)

Such a gorgeous salon! Amber always gives me a beautiful blowdry. A friend of mine goes to this salon too and says all the girls are great so don’t think you can go wrong. Would recommend to anyone.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to. I haven’t had much luck with hairdressers and had lost the will to believe anyone could do my hair the way I wanted. Well, that has now changed to my surprise! Lily did the most amazing Balayage on my hair, I nearly cried because this is the first time in over 15 years that I’ve left a salon and not wanted to put a hat on or shave my head bald. From the colour, to the blow dry, all just perfect! The colour has changed my face completely, I personally feel it’s made me look more youthful and glowy. With that being said, I shall be returning! FREQUENTLY! Love it and love the salon! Thank you so much for restoring my faith and making me feel beautiful again, you have the hands of an angel

I’ve had extensions for years but recently new to Krystalized and delighted to say I am extremely happy with the salon. I had a new fitting for wefts with Lilly and she is very experienced and quick too. The placement was done with skill as was the cut in afterwards. I have since returned for blow dry/GHD style with Amber and again she is excellent at what she does. Very very happy and highly recommend Krystalized for all aspects of hair care

Very very happy with my hair today! The colour I had on before was really bad, they corrected it and made it look exactly as I wanted! Thank you so much! Very pleased! Lovely salon and girls too!

Incredible salon.. Amazing beautiful welcoming staff.. outstanding performance.. I’ve been to many hair stylists salons before, and I can guarantee you that non of them even come close to matching the service I was provided with by the ladies at Krystalized hair..I highly recommend this company x

This salon is the best in Essex! All the girls are unreal at what they do. Including the receptionist Chelsea she is one of a kind always there to help !Not to forget the amazing blowdries Lola does , the weave queen shani is and the colour expertises Lilly provides in the salon!Overall a fun , enjoyable experience will always recommend this place to everyone I know
