Cannot recommend them, people before me and I had exactly the same experience - they offer a decent price then knock a load off for stuff you already told them about. I had one car key and told them online so the quote came down accordingly. At the drop off they knocked more off again, standard practice by them as they know many will just go ahead, especially with a car that is not ULEZ compliant.I'll never use them again.
