I’ve tried lots of different melts from different companies and Em Scents melts are by far the best I’ve tried.The melts are true to description and last a very long time!Easy to navigate website and smooth buying process, lovely packaging and prompt delivery. Highly recommended!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my wax melts now. My personal experience Emma is easy to contact and will resolve any issues if you have any. All delivery’s have been quick and nice packaging. First order I got a scratch to win card and won a free room spray in my chosen scent. If you are on Facebook she has done mystery balloons and boxes where you get different items plus freebies. Wax melts last for ages, sizzlers in an organza bag I recommend room smells amazing just from it hanging on my window. Definitely worth the money you pay.

These melts go above and beyond expectations when it comes to quality & fragrance.Customer service is fab, friendly and super efficient. Emma has a wide range of beautiful scents, Quick postage and easy to contact.if there is a scent you are looking for she will try to accommodate best she can. 5stars Emma works very hard you can see that in the packaging and customer service , wouldn’t go anywhere else.
