Went in there to pick 2 new koi for the family pond as a present, the staff were patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely coming back!!!

Turned up for a small metre pipe/tubing, arrived just after 5pm--they closed at 5pm!! Saw the owner in the car park who kindly reopened up and served me. This kind of service is a rarity these days and should be thanked and encouraged! A great selection of Koi and accessories to boot--ABOVE AND BEYOND!
