Every interaction with ITC is a positive one. The call handlers and the engineers are excellent. They calmly listen (while I panic) and they get the issue resolved with minimal impact to the business. I recently received portal training from David who talked me through things in a 'non techy' way. It's reassuring to know they are there and understand the importance of getting you back up and running.

Addictions UK Ltd and Addictions North East have contracted with this company for many years. They offer us security and safeguarding protection, keeping our computer networks running safely and efficiently. ITC provide a 24 hour remote and on site service at reasonable rates. These guys are excellent. Speed, service and so easy to work with. They explain things in terms that non tec people can understand but most of all if we ever have a problem (which is rear) they are on it straight away and get things fixed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for IT support. We have been with them for years now and they helped us out in the beginning when we were badly let down by another company, hence we wouldn't use anyone else. Trust worthy and highly professional.
