Avoid this company - zero compassion and seemed to have little knowledge on miscarriage.When I first came for my scan (on a weekend) at what I thought was 7 weeks, the sonographer told me I was actually measuring 5-6 and couldn’t see baby. I was told when I booked the scan a free rescan would happen if this was the case. When I tried to book the rescan at reception, the receptionist was awkward and pretty rude at first saying they don’t offer weekend slots for rescans as it’s a goodwill gesture. I was made to feel like I was at fault for coming in too soon but I was only initially going off my last known period date. Anyway, she finally managed to fit me in for another weekend slot 2 weeks later.When I returned, I was unfortunately told that the baby was there (measuring 8 ish weeks) but no heartbeat. This was my first pregnancy and I hadn’t had any pain or bleeding so was incredibly shocked and understandably very upset. The sonographer basically said ‘there’s no heartbeat, here’s a box of tissues I’ll give you 5 minutes’ and couldn’t get out the room fast enough. Nothing was explained to me about what this meant, what to do next etc. My mum had to go out to reception and question them, even then they didn’t really seem to know or care. As we were leaving, they said they would be sending me a follow up email to check on me and what happened. I never received this.I have a lot of trauma from this experience and how it was handled and so little kindness. I’m recently pregnant again and went to a different, more well known company for a scan and it was a vastly different experience. A warm welcome, everything explained to me throughout, a diagnostic report, reassurance etc.Honestly avoid this company, pay a bit more and go somewhere better.

Would definitely recommend every mums out there to come here!The pricing is so affordable and they always have deals on check them out on Facebook. All the staff are so friendly and lovely. I had quite a lot of scans for this pregnancy due to my anxiety after my first miscarriage at 6 weeks and honestly the service have been 10/10 but unfortunately at my NHS 20 week scan they couldn’t find my baby heartbeat I was so shocked and heart broken.I decided to book a scan with precious glimpse to get some scan photos for memories and honestly they were so caring and comforting about the whole situation. I decided to get 3 print of the scan and they wouldn’t accept any payment for the prints which was so lovely of them, thank you precious glimpse and the team for making all my scans memorable and I hope to see you guys again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

Our first visit today for a reassurance scan. Fabulous place and even better staff. We was welcomed from the start and they talked us through everything. Highly recommend these and will definitely visit again!

We’ve had 3 scans here early scan, gender scan and 4D and it’s been the best experience, Everyone who works here are lovely. Natalie scanned us every time and made us feel at ease she’s brilliant at what she does and every time we left we were always so happy and satisfied with the service we received. Would highly recommend.

Just come out of precious glimpse after having a early scan and we were so impressed with both the ladies they were so great with us. We were so grateful to come back the many times we did (3 times!) because baby was not as far as we thought- not many businesses would do this but they did. Such a lovely atmosphere as well and they put you at ease. Was really nervous with me being plus size but they were friendly and kind and it was so worth it to see something there and it gave us that piece of mind that we wanted, even though baby was still very small. Loved it! the reveal was something we had never done before which was amazing, especially with the staff involved ❤ speaking of staff they were all welcoming and friendly and the other branches are just the same.Highley recommend to try the reveal and you can a Teddy with the babies heart beat recorded too.
