Grat day out with the family. Great if you like hike. The route took us through the hills overlooking Church Stretson and past upto the lake. Beautiful scenery and a we picked a sunny day which was a definete plus

Called into the bar mid afternoon after a long walk and shared with my two teenage sons, the BEST bowl of fries we have tasted. Just superb and all credit to the chef to produce them, when we were the only people there.

Perfect place for outdoor lovers, Most mountain biking takes place on dirt roads, trails and in purpose-built parks. Downhill mountain biking has just evolved in the recent years. Slopestyle, a form of downhill, is when riders do tricks such as tailwhips, 360s, backflips and front flips. There are several disciplines of mountain biking besides downhill. Cross country, often referred to as XC, all mountain, trail, free ride, and newly popular enduro.

Great starting point for cycling Long Mynd and when you've finished there's even a bike wash and you can have a shower for a nominal fee
