No help at all! They came across very helpful and hopeful at first, I provided all information requested immediately, they waited for a whole week to pass only to be told my accident resulting in a leg fracture was not serious enough. THE PAVEMENT THAT I TRIPPED AND FELL ON WAS NOT HIGH ENOUGH. How ridiculous!!!They said that they would pass on my information to their recommended solicitors and I'm still waiting a further week on. DID THEY REALLY PASS MY DETAILS TO ANYBODY???? Another week gone by. A total waste of time!

Absolutely shoking service.Took them 8 months to process no chain property purchase, a lot of para legal staff who had no idea what they job is.Already raised complaint to Legal Ombudsman last year and they apologised, however they send me a new bill after final bill was cleared and offered 40% discount due to staff unprofessionalism to which I kindly agreed as long as they provide documents for new built fixtures and fixings warranty which I requested before purchase, well time passed and no reply, now almost 2 years after we moved in they sent 2 outstanding bills with no explanation of what is second bill is for!I requested warranty documents and next day they said that no warranty is available, I requested proof that warranty documents were requested before property purchase as vendor of course will brush them off after 2 years.Will do new claim to Legal Ombudsman as these people cannot operate like this!Case ref: KAZ373/1SlaeterGordon do not ask me to contact you, I already did.Legal Ombudsman will contact you
