I’m a designer and I wanted to build a “Giant Island” kitchen. I needed a very large piece of stone and some knowledge on how to design it and found Ivett and Reed, a really fantastic and professional organisation. Their staff helped me understand all the issues and came up with some great solutions, far exceeding my expectations. They helped me save money by using every last piece of stone and their fitters took great pride in their work. I can’t rate them highly enough.

Ivett & Reed provided an excellent service from start to finish. Their team were professional, knowledgeable and showed attention to detail at every stage resulting in worktops we are delighted with. Would definitely recommend and use again, in fact I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We just had a new fireplace installed and although the installation team were absolutely spot on, I can't say the same of the salesman, my wife ordered the fireplace and asked for the whitest possible mantle and surround, when fitted it was cream/beige in colour, and after questioning the colour was told you signed the paperwork" ???? (The colour was called warm white)Then was told there is a whiter surround available and could be replaced at a cost of just shy of £1100 extra

We chose Ivett and Reed because their website was full of information and had a huge range of wood burning stoves to view, and they are an independent well established local business. After visiting them at their premises we chose a modern Hwam stove and are very pleased with the installation and look of the stove. When choosing the stove we felt the advice given was honest and helpful, and we were visited at home early on and prior to installation so that the site could be checked for suitability. The stove was installed when we were told it would be and the guys who installed it were very tidy and professional. We're delighted with the whole service and would definitely recommend.

We are very pleased with our Calor gas fireplace. The service we have received from the Ivett and Reed team has been excellent from start to finish. Our expectations were managed with clear communication, professionalism and reassurance. Anna explained the process in detail and was very patient and clear around what we should expect and also what was expected from us. Simon and Malcom were punctual; extremely profession, tidy and surprisingly quick. They both made sure that we were happy with the gas installation and understood the operation instructions, making sure that we were comfortable using the fire before leaving. Highly recommend both service and installation.

Purchased a fireplace from I&R approx 8 years ago and the grate burnt through. Went back to them with the old part. They found my old order but no longer sold the item. After a few days they found a drawing and possilble supplier after checking dimensions the part was ordered and delivered directly to me. Excellent service and long term support.

We needed a 3m granite top to match our existing after remodeling our kitchen and were told that the sink would be cut out in position as the top would be vulnerable to braking if done off site. The fitters assured us there would not be any dust and were absolutely correct.We are so pleased with the finished work and would not hesitate to recommend Ivett and Reed to anyone.From the staff on reception and James in the office to the fitters who completed the job we were very impressed with there professional approach.My wife and myself are very pleased with the new top.Many thanksIain and Gill
