Called Mark at Autocovery on Sunday morning after a tyre blowout on the dual-carriageway and he said he could tow us to a local garage or back home. He was with us half an hour later took us to a local trye replacement shop he recommended and within 2.5 hours of the blowout we were back on our way with a new tyre. Mark was very friendly, professional and reasonably priced.

Excellent, friendly service from Mark today. He was with us in just over an hour after we broke down on the London to Brighton Mini Run. He got our car and passengers (2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs) home safely and professionally. Plus he was about 30% cheaper than the AA man quoted us.

Mark towed my car for me when I got into a sticky situation. He was so friendly and got my car out with no damage at all. I had been waiting on AA for 2 hours before I contacted Mark and AA said they still couldn't get anyone out to me for another 90mins. So I called Autocovery and Mark told me he could get to me in 20 minutes, and was right on time. Thank you Mark for your help!

Mark turned up in under 20 minutes after i called him and he managed to move my car easily like the professional he is. What is most remarkable about Mark was his attitude and manners, the guy is lovely and really took good care of me, he even gave me a lift back home once the job was finished, i can safely say that after this recovery service not only i met a good realiable professional , but also a good friend, i appreciate Mark and i wish there would be more people like him around the world.
