Stopped using this place after a terrible meal about a year ago, decided to give it another go last night. It was shocking, won’t be going back.

Absolutely awful customer service, after receiving the same incorrect meal three times in three weeks I decided to complain. Oh boy, was that an experience! I finally got the dish I ordered but now had to eat it with the cold rice. Apparently that was my fault for not specifying that I wanted the rice replacing as well.Avoid this place.

Having read recent reviews we were hesitant about ordering, but the meal we received was delicious! We gave the chef a budget of £25 inc delivery and asked them to cook a vegetarian meal for two. We received the most delicious hand made spring rolls, vegetable curry, vegetable noodles, vegetable rice and a delicious vegetable dish along with a generous bag of prawn crackers. The food was hot and arrived quickly. The spring rolls were the best we’ve ever had … anywhere! We’ll be ordering again.

First time we had used Bamboo Garden for a while as our favourite place Mings was closed for the evening. The large spring rolls we ordered were very greasy and the chicken curry I had was totally tasteless. Unfortunately I won't be using bamboo garden again. I'm going to stick with Mings where the food is 100% better.

Really nice food and great customer service. Annoying flies in the restaurant let the experience down a bit bit can't be helped, I suppose.

Bought a takeaway for tonight’s tea got my order wrong. Refused to drop off to me in hodnet. Can normal say it’s good however won’t be going here again customer service is terrible.

Have used this Chinese for roughly 5 years, and it’s just gotten better over the years. Will only order from here now. The food is fresh, snd tasty, the delivery drivers are always so polite and friendly. Meat and fish tastes as it should and is plentiful. Honestly you won’t regret ordering from here.

The food is fine. Just don't bother ordering in advance. Better to order when you are ready for it. I placed an order at 5:10pm to arrive at 7:15pm. No communication to let me know it wouldn't arrive until at least 45 minutes after the planned time.Not the drivers fault, seems to me that it's just poor organisation/prioritising.Understandably they are busy which is a good sign! You'd just think that when a customer orders in advance that there would be planning in place to avoid unreasonable delays.

I have used Bamboo Chinese takeaway for 15 years. 25/27 meals have been very good meals and have been fine recently the last 2 years. 10? Nicely cooked King prawns in a dish, you would struggle to buy, cook and wash for the £5 they used to be, plus rice/noodles inc.
