Lush Cosmetics Dundee

The customer service in this store is out of this world. Noel and Gui took really good care of me and helped me to find what I was looking for. They also introduced me to some new products that I hadn't heard of before and were great to talk to. Great staff, I will definitely be back. My new favourite Lush store!

I just had to leave a review on how wonderful, friendly and helpful the staff at your store are, Noel and Gee couldn't do enough for me, we're very helpful and generous. My sister in law is having a hard times so I got her fave lush products to cheer her up, Noel was very supportive and also gave a much appreciated free bath bomb for my SIL, Gee then gave me a free bath bomb which was very sweet and unknown to him, his kind gesture had made my day as I'd actually just recieved very sad new that morning. Your thoughtful and very kind employees are a major asset to the dundee store and in this case their friendly, generous nature was much appreciated, truly shows that a little kindness does go along way! I had an amazing experience at Lush Dundee, amazing staff especially Lynne who was so kind, welcoming and friendly. She helped us find what we were looking for and was all round extremely lovely and helpful!

My friends and I went to the shop today and Beth was SUPER nice. They are so special and have an amazing way of connecting customers to the products and their history. They have excellent customer service skills and even gave us cute little samples. Thank you so much for making our Lush experience so much more better.

Came in with my 6 year old daughter and the time that 3 separate staff members took with her was amazing she left with her snow fairy bubble bomb she loved visiting. the store was busy and they didn't mind giving her their time she felt like a princess with creams and glitter amazing staff

Had such a wonderful time today. There was a lovely young man helping me find a gift set for my friends abroad, and he helped find products that would go well with the shower gels I had in my basket. Gui (had curly blonde hair don’t know if I’m spelling it correctly sorry!) was brilliant and made us laugh the whole way round the store. Amazing work! X

Had a fantastic shopping experience today. Went in for a wee present to cheer my sister up and the lovely saleswomen (I think she said her name was Justine my memory is so bad I feel awful!) she gave me so much of her time and helped me pick out custom items to suit my sister. It felt above and beyond good customer service and I left feeling really good! Absolutly lovely employees I hope the company is as kind to them as they are to their customers because they deserve it ❤️ thank you for everything you did l for me today!

Decided to pop in for a quick browse and found a bath bomb that caught my eye. I decided to treat myself and upon arriving at the till, I was greeted by a cheerful woman. After inputing the item and scanning the gift card i had with me, it kept declining. The woman saw this and immediately resolved the issue with no hesitation. I always love visiting when I’m in town as the service is always incredible and the employee’s are always inviting and welcoming. I didn’t catch the lady at the till’s name, however she had short, blonde hair.
