We recently used Cunningtons for the purchase of our property and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The communication was excellent and we were regularly contacted with updates. The process was super speedy and Sarah King from the Braintree office in particular was amazing. I would happily recommend Cunningtons to friends and family.

I was a first time buyer, so obviously I was very nervous about the whole process, however I must say that Cunningtons went the extra mile to keep me calm and collected.Danielle and Lucy were fantastic and always happy to help!To anyone who is in the same situation as I was, trust the process, you are in good hands, I know these things can be nerve racking but Cunningtons know what they are doing, I cannot thank them enough, I highly recommend them!

Pat Tuck and her team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the conveyancing work required for the sale of our house. They were very professional, and communications were clear, responsive and complete.The highlight was when we received Pat's email noting that contracts had been exchanged whilst we were on holiday in Thailand!I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE this firm. Cunningtons solicitors completely lack customer focus. On completion I did not receive the funds from my sale. A significant sum as I was just selling a property. I waited all day, as requested and still nothing. After a sleepless night wondering if I had given them the wrong bank details or my money had gone missing, I rang them. The solicitor was busy, and my issue was not important enough to interrupt her, so I accepted a call back. A secretary called back and explained that “the accounts department had forgotten to push the button”. In my view, that is incompetence, as that’s the accounts department’s job.The secretary assured me that “the accounts department were sorry”, but needless to say, the actual solicitor never found time to call or explain, as presumably she saw the issue as insignificant, or not her problem.If Cunningtons internal processes are so lax that they can forget an important step like this, and allow it go unnoticed, imagine how many other steps they can forget to complete.Edit - I’d hate for you to mislead your potential customers, but the 8th of September to the 5th of November (dates from your tracking app) is 8 weeks, not 6 weeks as you state in your response, ref my complaint, attention to detail does not appear to be Cunningtons strong point. I had spoken to Sarah about the importance of the payment, and she had assured me I had nothing to worry about, which is why I felt so aggrieved when it did not arrive.

Would definitely not recommend. No communication, failing to provide relevant information before court and staff continuously leaving.

I have used Pat at Cunningtons for 2 house moves now, and I can't recommend them enough. Pat's efficient, keep's you posted through email, phone and text, and on both occasisions really represented my interests and needs.The best compliment I can give Pat and her team is the person who bought my last home was stunned at the level of service I received compared to the service they did, night and day!If I get itchy feet again, I will be back for a third time for sure!

I personally think I, could have got better services. They had my completion on the date I asked but through out my time with them, I was reluctant to ask questions as my solicitor would reply very definsively. Other girls I spoke to were lovely but my conveyancing solicitor did not appreciate talking on the phone so, I was restricted to emails.
